Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ART Soccer Center, we strive to provide the highest quality soccer training and services to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require a refund for our programs or services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when requesting a refund.

Private Training Pack Expiration Dates

Initial Evaluation- 1 month

3 Pack- 1 month

5 Pack- 2 months

10 Pack- 6 months


Refund Procedure: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to info@artsoccercenter.com. Provide your name, program details, and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon approval of the refund request. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account based on your payment method and financial institution.

Freeze Policy (ART Programs Only): Will take effect on the upcoming billing period, and billing will resume immediately after the freeze period.

  • There will be a $5 charge to your account during the freeze period to reserve your membership

  • You can come back early from a freeze

  • Max months to freeze membership is two months and can be used 2x per year


Cancellation Before Start:
 

No-shows: Participants who fail to attend scheduled sessions & events without prior notice are not eligible for refunds and will be charged a $10 late fee. 

(Camps & Clinics) 

Camps / Clinics will be held WEATHER PERMITTING. Any refund requests must be made prior to the program start date and will be eligible for a refund of the program’s deposit less $50. A processing fee may apply.

(ART Programs)

Sessions will be held WEATHER PERMITTING. There will be no refunds issued unless given on a case-by-case basis. Sessions must be canceled no less than 8 hours prior to session start otherwise it will be considered a "late cancel" and a $10 fee will apply. If the session is canceled before the 8 hour window, the session will be considered "early cancel" and can be rescheduled at no charge.

If the billing date occurs before that 30 days, you are still responsible for that payment. If deciding to come back after canceling, you will be subjected to the current membership rates at that time and a $50 reinstatement fee. 

(Private Training)

Sessions will be held WEATHER PERMITTING. Sessions must be canceled no less than 8 hours prior to session start otherwise it will be considered a "late cancel" and a $10 late fee will apply. If the session is canceled before the 8 hour window, the session will be considered "early cancel" and can be rescheduled at no charge.

Refund requests made after the event has started will be considered on a case by case basis. A processing fee may apply.

(ART Programs)

If you decide to withdraw from sessions after it has started, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining sessions. A processing fee may apply.
